Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you or your recipients are not 100% satisfied, we offer a full refund.

Is sales tax added to my order?
If your gift is being shipped or delivered within or into the state of Maryland a 5% sales tax will be added.

How is each basket wrapped?
Our gift baskets are prepared when ordered, and tied with a perfect bow. For better clarity, each design shown on our website has been photographed without wrapping. Prior to delivery or shipping, each gift basket is wrapped in cello or shrink-wrap to ensure that it will arrive at its destination in beautiful condition.

Will you ever substitute an item in the sample basket?
We make changes to our inventory based upon the discovery of new and unique items. Occasionally substitutions may be made, but quality will never be compromised. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6 months.

Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?
Yes, you can!  Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form.  Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.
